CYDSA Group is committed to the highest standards of environmental care, safety, and
social responsibility across all its operations.
Why is Sustainability Important at CYDSA?

CYDSA’s sustainability strategy strengthens the continuity of operations by identifying and managing relevant risks, ensuring that operational and strategic decisions balance economic, social, and environmental performance throughout the value chain.
Alignment with IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards (S1) and Climate (S2)
In 2025, the Group aligned its sustainability strategy with IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 by integrating the management of sustainability-related risks and opportunities.
Risk identification, assessment, and prioritization processes were consolidated across all of the Group’s plants and business units. Additionally, mitigation measures and metrics were implemented to ensure continuous monitoring.
This will enable CYDSA to track the impact of risks on its operations and financial performance, providing high-value information for decision-making.
