Culture of Health
and Safety
The priority related to CYDSA’s Culture of Health and Safety focuses on promoting a work environment where employee integrity prevails, thereby ensuring operational continuity in strict compliance with regulations. However, this commitment goes beyond regulatory matters, moving toward the development of a culture aimed at preventing workplace accidents and occupational illnesses.
The objective associated with this priority is the following:

To achieve the performance outlined above, CYDSA has implemented the following:
- Safety protocols across all plants.
- Safety training programs for risk prevention.
- Standardization of safe practices.
- Local Mutual Aid Committees to coordinate prevention, response, and support in case of emergencies.
Diversity, Equity, and Opportunities
CYDSA promotes the creation of an inclusive environment where diversity and equal opportunities are valued. This translates into ensuring that all individuals, regardless of gender, can participate and contribute within their teams and work areas.
For this priority, the Group has decided to focus its diversity efforts on increasing the percentage of non-unionized female employees. Accordingly, the objective is presented below:
Increase the Percentage of Non-Unionized Female employees, with respect to the total number of non-unionized employees of CYDSA Group, from 18.8% in 2018 to a range of 27% to 34% by 2030.
